Obtaining a Police Report
Individuals involved in an incident or accident may request a police report.
Vehicle Accidents
Most vehicle accident reports are completed within five (5) days of the crash.

You may request a copy of your accident report by calling our department at 724-452-3003. There is a $15 fee for all accident reports. Payments can be made via cash or check only. Checks can be made out to the Zelienople Police Department.
If you wish to pay with a credit card, you may use the LexisNexis®BuyCrash™ system. Please note LexisNexis®BuyCrash™ is a separate private entity and convenience fees may apply when purchasing a report through the LexisNexis® BuyCrash™ website.
Please speak with your insurance company before contacting our department for a copy of the accident report. Most insurance companies request accident reports and pay the fee.
Police Incident Reports
If you were involved in an incident that required police assistance, you may be able to obtain a copy of the report. Please contact the department at 724-452-3003 to request a copy of an incident report.
There is a $15 fee for basic incident reports. Payments can be made via cash or check only. Checks can be made out to the Zelienople Police Department.
