Fingerprinting Service

We offer ink fingerprinting services to the community by appointment only. Ink cards are commonly used for medical licenses, employment purposes, and college admissions. We do not perform criminal fingerprints or digital fingerprints. Please contact our department during regular office hours to schedule an appointment.  Please bring all appropriate paperwork to your appointment including a valid ID/drivers license. You may download the Fingerprint Request Form here and bring it to your appointment. Copies are also available at the station. The cost is $10 for one card and $5 for each additional card. We accept cash or checks made payable to the Zelienople Police Department.
